Several Kapuso celebrities extend their congratulations to Kapuso Primetime King and Queen Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera on the birth of their second child, Jose Sixto Dantes IV.
In a post on Instagram, Dingdong revealed that Marian gave birth earlier today, April 16.
