EXCLUSIVE: Newbie Vince Gamad shares experience working with Kapuso Comedy genius Michael V
Kapuso newbie Vince Gamad was extremely ecstatic and grateful for the opportunity to work with the one and only Michael V. in his upcoming film Family History.
In a one-on-one interview with GMANetwork.com, Vince said that playing the role of Bogs Fernandez in the movie was a 'humbling experience.'
“Everything is a learning, humbling experience.
“Sobrang thankful and sobra ang gratitude ko dito.”
He also related that even though he feels a slight pressure shooting the movie, all of it disappears because Direk Michael makes an effort to make them feel at ease.
Vince told GMANetwork.com, “Direk Bitoy, I refer to him as a stand bearer ng GMA.
“Pero nakapag-work na ako sa kanya, nakasama ko na siya sa Pepito Manaloto before.”
“The great thing about him is that kahit may nararamdaman kang pressure sa sarili mo, once you get near him tanggal 'yun.”
“'Cause he always finds a way to crack you up. To make you laugh, to make everything light.”
The Family History star also shared the biggest lesson working with Michael V.
“You gotta be ready, you have to stay ready.
“You gotta to do your homework para pagdating sa set, ready to go to work, ready to contribute to the team.”
Family History marks the return of the Kapuso Comedy genius in the big screen.
It also boasts a star-studded cast which include respected movie actress Dawn Zulueta, Paolo Contis, Ina Feleo, John Estrada, Kakai Bautista, Jemwell Ventinilla, Mikoy Morales, and Nonie Buencamino.
It features Kapuso love team Bianca Umali and Miguel Tanfelix.
