LOOK: Michael V. reunites with Ogie Alcasid at 'Family History' block screening

The block screening organized by Bubble Gang stars Boy 2 Quizon, Antonio Aquitania and Paolo Contis in Vertis North last night July 24, turned out to be a happy reunion when Ogie Alcasid graced the event.

Ogie was part of the Kapuso gag show until 2013 when he left the show and move to another network,

Michael V. went to the block screening together with his wife and Mic Test Entertainment executive producer Carol Bunagan. They enjoyed their mini reunion .

Meanwhile, Antonio Aquitania said in his one-on-one interview with GMANetwork.com before the screening that this event is their way of showing support to Bubble Gang's creative director,

“Excited kaming lahat para sa nagawa niyang movie, tapos 'yung naririnig ko sa lahat na talagang napakagandang pelikula so kailangan talaga panoorin at kaabang-abang.

“So yun 'yung pinaka-support namin kay Bitoy as a co-actor, 'tsaka matagal na kaibigan for almost 24 years, so dito namin ipapakita at ipaparamdam sa kanya na dito nag-organize kami ng block screening for Family History para sa kanya.”

For Analyn Barro, Family History is a must-see movie of the year because of its unpredictability.

“Bago siya kasi at first akala ko parang comedy kasi di ba parang all throughout parang tumatawa, tapos yung ending nakaka-iyak, 'yung may hugutan sila mag-asawa.”

'Family History' is now showing in over 170 cinemas nationwide.
