In an Instagram post, the model-turned-actress shared how grateful she is for the opportunity to join Miss World Philippines 2019.
"Felt like a Barbie doll last night. What an experience! So so grateful. Thank you, #MWP2019."
Kelley stands a little over 5'7" and is currently starring in the GMA Afternoon Prime series, Dahil Sa Pag-Ibig.
Kelley will be competing with fellow Kapuso stars Michelle Dee and Isabelle de Leon in Miss World Philippines 2019.
