What's next for Rhian after LaLola?

Rhian Ramos has proven her versatility in the consistent top-rater
"LaLola." And as the show is about to wind down, we get to discover her
thoughts on her acting as well as kung ano pa ang mga plano niya. Text by Erick Mataverde. Photos by Mitch S. Mauricio.
When it comes to comparing her current role in LaLola, si Rhian Ramos ay more than happy to compare this sa kanyang previous roles: "Oo, ibang-iba, I've never played anyone like this. Well, firstly, it's always been a dream of mine to play a girl na parang tomboy. Like in Captain Barbell. I was really hoping for Kit's part, but it's okay because I grew to love Leah naman talaga. "Kasi ano, eh, before like if I would be interviewed about my characters in the past, they say, 'Okay, what is the difference niya kay ano at ano 'yung similarity niya sa last character mo?' and I would actually be able to name some. Now there's no similarity like I can't think of anything. Parang puro differences lang 'yung kaya kong i-name." For her, Lola is the epitome of a character na hindi common and somehow naging isang dream role niya. "Yeah, solid, like you know, she punches people! And this like none of my other characters who are more delicate and helpless. Lola is a very strong and dependent character. And ano, it's not just that. I got to play even better than a tomboy, I got to play an actual man. Confused, too, but still and an actual man 'yun, so ibang-iba talaga," dagdag na explanation pa ni Rhian. Ito ay proof na si Rhian, even at this early stage in her career, is starting to develop the discipline required if she is to further prove that she is able to take on a vast number of roles. But is she open to other avenues to hone her craft? "Ako, I wouldn't mind working on movies, ibang-iba kasi siya sa TV. And, like, I think even the style of acting you do in a movie, it changes, so I wouldn't mind doing a movie with JC (DeVera), although I have done Ouija," sagot ni Rhian when iGMA.tv asked her about making a film with her current co-star.
