WATCH: Official theme song ng ika-30 SEA Games, kinanta ni Lea Salonga
Ipinakita at ipinarinig na sa publiko ang official theme song ng ika-30 Southeast Asia Games kahapon, September 3.
Itinanghal ang “We Win As One,” ni theater actress at singer Lea Salonga.
Ayon sa Tony-award winning actress, si National Artist for Music Ryan Cayabyab kasama si Floy Quintos ang nagsulat ng lyrics nito.
Sa naganap na press conference, sinabi ni Lea na sana ay maka-inspire ang theme song sa mga atletang sasabak sa gaganaping kompetisyon.
“It feels fantastic and it's always a wonderful thing anyway to represent your country in an arena such as this.
“But to represent the Philippines in your country, I hope it helps to inspire our athletes to do their best-- win or lose.”
Gaganapin ang 2019 SEA Games sa November 30 hanggang December 11 sa New Clark City Sports Hub sa Capas, Tarlac.
