Jean says goodbye to Gagambino, hello to All About Eve

It's the finale week of 'Gagambino' and Jean Garcia is sad that her latest show is ending. Pero, at the same time, masaya na rin siya dahil ang susunod niyang show, hindi na fantasy! Text by Jason John S. Lim. Photos by Mitch S. Mauricio. Jean Garcia may have been the main kontrabida nung nagsimula ang Gagambino, pero she's far from being the villain when it comes to the set.
And actually 'yung Gagambino namin sobrang magaan, everybody's like sobra 'yung pakisama. So exciting!" Jean shares na parang dance movements ang pinagagawa sa kanila to make their fights more fluid. "It's like a dance eh, and I love to dance. So nag-eenjoy ako." And unlike nung sa Impostora, they actually share scenes this time around. And Jean can't contain her excitement when it comes to her and her reel- and real-life daughter: "May darating na ano, kasi—basta may twist ito na—tapos meron kaming mga eksena ni Jennica na maganda. Maganda talaga." And that's the most you can get out of Jean, who doesn't really want to spoil kung ano 'yung magiging ending para sa characters nila ng daughter niya. To the loyal supporters of Gagambino, Jean wants to express her gratitude. "Thank you so much," pauna niya. "Thank you for 'yung walang sawa nilang panunuod. Thank you for all the support. Thank you for enjoying Gagambino. We really are working hard for it talaga. So thank you—thank you for appreciating our show." She's also looking forward to the new project dahil outside the realm of fantasy daw ang story nito. "Balik reality—'yung nangyayari talaga [in real life]." So for the fans of Jean Garcia, don't fret. Matatapos man ang Gagambino this week, ilang linggo lang ang hihintayin for her to come out again with a new show—All About Eve, which begins March 9 na!
