READ: Kris Bernal reminisces about her 12-year career in showbiz

StarStruck season four winner Kris Bernal can't help but reminisce about her humble beginnings in showbiz as the latest season of the reality artista search ends its run.

In an Instagram post, Kris shared some of the difficulties she went through in her 12-year career.

"Now it's been 12 years since I dedicated myself into this job. It's not an easy job.

"Sometimes it's cruel and unfair that it's hard to stay afloat.

"Still, I wouldn't trade any of it for the world! It molded, strengthened, and made me who I am.

"Yes, I love my job," the actress wrote.

According to Kris, being an artista allows her to be a good influence to others, "My job gives me the opportunity to have a positive impact on people's lives and make a difference every day.

"I go home and I know I made a real difference.

"So, I will stay as long as you need me, you want me, or even if you don't anymore!"

Kris currently stars as the ghostly Naomi on the GMA Afternoon Prime suspense-drama series, Hanggang Sa Dulo Ng Buhay Ko.
