Cloie Helena Syquia Skarne is a half-Swedish, half-Filipino actress, model, and beauty pageant titleholder. She is the daughter of Gabby Concepcion from his ex-wife, Jenny Syquia.
Cloie studied at Stockholm University and received a bachelor of science degree in business.
In 2016, Miss Earth Sweden crowned her the title making her eligible to represent the country in the Miss Earth stage where she was one of the Top 8. In 2018, Cloie joined the Miss Universe Sweden 2018 and placed 1st runner-up.
Aside from beauty and brains, Cloie is fluent in English and Chinese, a language she's been studying since she was 13 years old.
In July 2022, she married her fiancé Fredrik Hill, a structural engineer.
