Kapuso actress and Queen of Creative Collaborations Heart Evangelista is living any girl's fantasy.

Aside from her enviable fashion sense and jet-setting lifestyle, she also recently met Korean actor Ji Chang Wook in an event in Singapore.

The two personalities met for luxury brand, Cartier.

Heart, in an interview with Cosmo.ph, said that the “Melting Me Softly” actor saw her looking at him and asked if they wanted a picture.

Of course, they said “yes”.

In the past month, Heart also met with Korean superstar and former Girl's Generation singer Jessica Jung in Paris Fashion Week.

Ji Chang Wook, on the other hand, is known for his roles in “The K2” and “Suspicious Partner.” He also recently met with fighting senator Manny Pacquiao and his wife Jinkee.

Yesterday, November 14, it was announced that Ji Chang Wook is set to meet his Filipino fans in 2020.
