By Cara Emmeline Garcia

Filipino YouTuber Bretman Rock is known for his flawless and “baddest” selfies on social media.

That's why when he recently posted a photo of him crying on Instagram, snot dripping and all, people were wondering if the fierce makeup YouTuber is doing okay.

He captioned the selfie, “I just wanted to document these pics of me crying... to remind y'all that it's okay to cry.. bad bitches can cry too.”

As it turns out Bretman's father has just passed away and he is asking his fans to respect his privacy as he copes with his loss.

On Thursday, the YouTuber asked his fans on Twitter to stop visiting his home in the hopes of taking a photo with him. He also called out the people who attended his father's funeral without permission.

He tweeted, “Can people just let me be sad for once.

“I'm here in the Philippines for my dad who just passed, don't come to my house and ask me for pictures.

“So many people showed up to my dad's funeral uninvited and started taking pics of my dad and my family.

“Like, why? It's common sense.”

“I just don't understand why people think it's okay to ask me for pictures when my eyes are literally swollen from crying…

“How you gonna say, 'Condolences, can we take a picture?'” he added.

According to reports, it was on November 5th when Bretman found out that his dad had gone into a coma.

And two days later, he shared two emojis: a heart and a dove.

According to Reddit users, Bretman and his sister confirmed through an Instagram story that their father had died and was recently laid to rest.

As for now, Bretman's Instagram stories simply bore the words “Goodbye, Papa.”
