After a few days since landing in London, Philippine bet Michelle Dee was named as one of the top 40 finalists for the top model segment of the Miss World 2019 pageant.

She related the good news through her Instagram stories early Monday morning.

She said, “I have a really exciting announcement.

“I just made Top 40 for the Top Model segment. I think tomorrow we're gonna be doing fittings, some shoots, and it's gonna be a super exciting day.

“Good morning, Filipinos!”

First, we have a solo runway where we got to see each contestants style. Then in pairs they walk together for a final look, we can see them spinning, posing and flirting with the cameras, but this challenge is all about confidence, personality and how they present themselves. This year's contestants took part in the Miss World Top Model elimination round to see who would make it through the top 40 of the fast track event.

All contestants had to do a solo runway to see each contestant's style and then proceed in pairs.

The challenge was to see who had the confidence, personality, and how they present themselves.

According to Zandra Rhodes, one of the Top Model judges: “I was so impressed by the quality of the girls and how well they walked.

“It was great seeing all their different personalities coming over.”
