By Nherz Almo

Frankie Pangilinan takes a swipe at President Rodrigo Duterte for his comments about the supposed marital status of her parents, Megastar Sharon Cuneta and Senator Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan.

The eldest daughter of Sharon and Kiko reacted to a news about Duterte's claim that Sharon has been asking Sen. Kiko to move out of their home.

The statement came from his speech during an event meant to honor Andres Bonifacio on November 30.

Duterte said, “Pinapaalis na nga ng asawa niya sa bahay niya, ayaw kay wala ibang matirahan. Totoo. Tanungin mo. At kung sabihin mo nagsisinungaling ako, I will resign. Ang sinasabi ko totoo 'yan.”

On her Twitter, Frankie reposted the report and said, “Hala buti pa siya alam.”

On her following tweet, Frankie sarcastically wrote, “Actually kaya po ako nasa nyc pati po ako nadamay ayaw na daw po ako @ home”

Frankie is currently studying literature at a progressive college in New York.

She went on to criticize Duterte for being more concerned about “'ruining' a perfectly happy family instead of... being... a good leader...”

On her latest tweet, Frankie took a screenshot of the news where Duterte said he will resign if his claim is proven untrue and she commented, “omg when he resigns ur welcome”

Based on Sharon's previous post, she and Sen. Kiko maintain a good relationship as husband and wife.

The latter was even very supportive of his wife's concert with Regine Velasquez last October.
