On early Monday morning, fans of the longest running morning show Unang Hirit saw a familiar face on their television screens.

Miriam Quiambao-Roberto is officially back as part of the UH barkada for the day as it celebrates its second decade in television.

On her Instagram, the former beauty queen-turned-host shared how she missed the show and at the same time feels blessed to be part of the celebration.

“Oh what fun to start my December by hosting the first week of the UH anniversary celebration!!

“Sobrang nakaka-miss!! Parang walang nagbago dahil pa tuloy pa rin ang kuwentuhan on set and off cam with @suziabrera @luziady @lalaroque91 and Kuya @lharsantiago . Super saya talaga!

“I'm so blessed to have been part of this show even for 2 years and my prayer is that UH will stay on air for another 20 years bringing more joy, more happiness and more smiles for the Filipino public!! Again, Happy Anniversary!!!”

It can be recalled that after her triumphant stint at the Miss Universe 1999 pageant, Miriam began her career in GMA Network in December 1999 where she co-hosted Unang Hirit with Arnold Clavio. She hosted the lifestyle segment called, “Istayl.”
