Despite not taking home the title on America's Got Talent last Monday, February 17, Marcelito Pomoy wowed audiences for the last time with his show-stopping performance of Queen's classic “We Are The Champions.”
In the finale episode, Philippine's very own dual-voiced singer was joined by several artists including Boogie Storm, Duo Transcend, Hans and the Russian Bar Performance.
His performance made a mark in the AGT stage that eventually landed him on the top spot of YouTube's Trending Page.
On his Instagram page, Marcelito shared the wonderful news with his more than 40K followers.
He wrote, “WOW! Just WOW! We are now trending no. 1.. posted by Talent Recap... Thank you so much.”
He further noted that it was quite odd that America's Got Talent didn't post their performance on the video-sharing site but was also quite grateful that the clip was shared.
As of writing, the video is still #1 on YouTube's trending page with more than 3.8 million views.

For his final performance, the talented singer sealed his fate by singing his rendition of the song “Beauty and the Beast” while performing as Celine Dion and Peabo Bryson.
His performance drew praise but was criticized by British producer Simon Cowell for being “predictable.”
According to Simon, “The songs he's chosen is very safe. I get it, they're very popular songs but I just think if tonight he'd done something out of his comfort zone that could shock everybody like, 'My god he has chosen this song.' That could've been another moment.”
This statement drew ire from fans who said that the judge's comments were uncalled for since the performance was chosen by the show.
In the end, Marcelito was announced as third runner-up while dance crew V. Unbeatable was announced to be the season's champion.
