K-pop girl group TWICE sends heartfelt apologies after concert cancellation while member Tzuyu is placed under quarantine.

The girls of K-pop group TWICE apologized on Instagram after canceling the upcoming final leg of their “TWICELIGHTS Tour” in Seoul this month. The outbreak of the novel coronavirus disease prompted the group's management to postpone their concert tour.

The 9-member group posted a message for their fans on their Instagram account urging everyone to take care of their health and apologizing for the cancellation of their concert

Details about all the Coronavirus cases in the Philippines

One of TWICE's members, Chou Tzuyu, is currently under home quarantine in her hometown Tainan City, Taiwan after flying to Taiwan from South Korea on March 3. Taiwan's Center for Disease Control (TEDC) imposed a rule beginning February 27 stating visitors coming to Taiwan from South Korea must undergo a 14-day period quarantine. Tzuyu's home quarantine is expected to end on March 18.

TWICE's concert was originally scheduled on March 7 and 8 in Seoul, South Korea. Other K-pop related events have been canceled as well.
