Your K-Drama and K-Pop hearts are about to go all aflutter as BTS member Kim Taehyung, popularly known as V, is confirmed to sing for the “Itaewon Class” soundtrack.

The news was previously revealed by Korean entertainment site Soompi on March 6 that V is in discussion with JTBC to sing the drama's OST.

On March 9, production company VLENDING confirmed the news with a statement that the “Itaewon Class” OST Part. 12 “Sweet Night” will be sung by V and that “it will be released via online music sites on March 13 at 6 pm KST [5pm Philippine Time].”

The song is produced by V himself that boasts an indie-pop song with acoustic vibes.

V's participation to the OST was fulfilled by Korean actor and friend Park Seo Joon, the leading star of “Itaewon Class.”

Their friendship first blossomed in the K-Drama “Hwarang The Poet Warrior Youth” where Park Seo Joon played Moo Myung, a legendary warrior, while V played Suk Han Sung, the youngest warrior in the group.

The two have since then been inseparable. From Christmas gatherings, awards nights, up until the release of BTS music, Park Seo Joon has been supporting V every step of the way.
