In an Instagram post, he said that he is grateful to have his daughter Thylane in his arms. "The perks of staying home!"
The Philippines is currently battling COVID-19 and trying to lessen the cases by enhanced community quarantine.
Nico shared words of encouragement for the Filipinos.
"Stay calm Philippines, this is a temporary step back! Let's keep our distance but stay united! We will go through this together as the strong nation we are!"
He also expressed his gratitude to the brave frontliners who are risking their lives for the safety of Filipinos.
"Let's thank and remember all the front liners: nurses, doctors and everyone working 24/7 in hospitals risking their lives to save others!"
