Sisters Mona Louise Rey, Ivana Alawi repack food donations for those affected by COVID-19 crisis
Kapuso child star Mona Louise Rey and her older sister, StarStruck alumna Ivana Alawi stayed up 'til morning to finish repacking their donations for those affected by the COVID-19 crisis.
Mona and Ivana teamed up to help families adversely affected by the implementation of the enhanced community quarantine due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The sisters got busy 'til the next daybreak as they arranged food packages for donation.
Ivana shared their experience on Instagram and invited her followers to join initiatives to address the crisis brought about by the new coronavirus pandemic.
She wrote, “Pasensya na kayo sa itsura namin. Madaling araw na kami natapos mag pack ng mga pagkain na ipapamigay namin sa mga kababayang nangangailangan ng tulong. I am encouraging everybody to help. Maliit man yan o malaki, ang importante ay tumulong tayo.”
