Maxene Magalona and husband Rob Mananquil stranded in Bali, Indonesia

Actress Maxene Magalona assured everyone that she and her husband Rob Mananquil are doing okay after being stranded in Bali, Indonesia due to the COVID-19 pandemic that led to flight cancellations worldwide.


Maxene, the daughter of the late Master rapper Francis Magalona gave an update on Instagram about their current situation.


She wrote, “I am you. You are me. We are ONE.” None of us planned on getting stranded in Bali during this unfortunate global pandemic yet here we all are, keeping our hearts, minds and bodies aligned as we figure this whole thing out together.


"Times like these really clarify our values and reveal to us what truly matters most in life so make sure to cherish moments with your loved ones and be there for them especially now when we need each other the most.

"I'm eternally grateful to my #SOHASangha for making me feel the love and support of family during times of hardship and crisis."


Maxene and Rob tied the knot in January 2018.


In a report by GMA News Online, local airlines have decided to cancel all their flights. Cebu Pacific announced all its flights starting March 19 until April 14 have been cancelled.

Philippine Airlines has also announced the cancellation of all its flights beginning March 20, while AirAsia has decided to cancel their flights from March 20 to April 14.

As of March 26, the Department of Health (DOH) has recorded 707 of people infected with COVID-19 and at least 28 patients have fully recovered
