Centerstage judge Concert Queen Pops Fernandez advised public on Tuesday to refrain from panicking amid 2019 coronavirus disease (COVID-19) crisis in the country.

“Ang pinakaimportante po, siyempre is siguro 'wag tayo mag-panic. Kasi feeling ko po kapag nag-panic tayong lahat mas mahihirapan po tayo,” Pops said in a statement.

She also asked citizens to just stay home if reason for going out isn't necessary at all.

“Sana po 'wag tayo masyado lumabas kung hindi necessary. Alam ko 'yung iba kailangan pa rin magtrabaho and that's understandable,” the Centerstage https://www.gmanetwork.com/entertainment/tv/centerstage/61122/centerstagethanks-viewers-forhigh-ratings/story?amp judge added.

“Siyempre, prayers, a lot of prayers. I think prayers are very, very important. Prayers are powerful,” she noted.

Pops also stressed about being responsible especially when they feel that they have been afflicted by disease.

“Kung may nararamdaman po tayo, I guess we just have to go the nearest hospital and get tested. Kung feeling po talaga natin na mayroon po tayong nakasama na na-infect, i-quarantine na natin 'yung sarili natin,” she said.

Pops likewise told the public to keep themselves updated by reading relevant news from credible sources.
