Ken Chan sheds tears during his #HealingHearts fundraising concert

By Felix Ilaya

Kapuso star Ken Chan went live on Facebook today, March 31, for the #HealingHearts online donation campaign and concert.

#HealingHearts is a series of Facebook Live streams from various GMA Artist Center artists, where they sing inspirational songs to spark hope and encourage people to be more positive and strong during these trying times when COVID-19 is affecting the lives of everyone.

The live concerts also serve as a fundraising campaign to help in Kapuso Foundation's efforts to aid our fellow Filipinos who have no means of livelihood due to the enhanced community quarantine.

During his live stream, Ken gave a salute to frontliners, healthcare workers, and others whose lives are affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

In the midst of his message, Ken paused for a short while as he struggled to hold back his tears.
