Like here in the Philippines, Princess said, non-essential shops are also closed in the US and they were advised to stay at home.

“Every Tuesdays and Thursdays, may mga stores na nag-o-open nang mas maaga ng one hour or two hours, or dinedevote nila 'yung first hour nung kanilang store hours sa mga senior citizens kasi nga nahihirapan 'yung mga senior citizens na makipagbakbakan sa grocery,” Princess told Alice Dixson on their Instagram live last night, April 2.

“Pagbukas na pagbukas ng store, since sina-sanitize ang buong grocery the whole night, ang unang papasok 'yung mga senior citizens para siguradong malinis at 'tsaka safe sila.”

Princess also shared that their personal protection equipments and masks are also scarce.

“May mga kaibigan akong nurses na takot na takot na kasi wala na silang prokteksyon,” she added.

“People are hoarding it. Nag-panic buying ang mga tao, people are hoarding it so ngayon 'yung mga ospital, walang supply.

“So now 3M is doing their best, 'yung production nila, mas nilakasan nila, maximum production sila ngayon.”

Princess was talking about 3M company, a global manufacturer of N95 masks.

“Ang problema ng ibang nurses, they have to keep their N95s for at least a week, normally 'yun disposable 'yun eh. But they have to keep it as long as they can kasi wala nang supply,” she added.

Princess also shared the story her emergency room nurse friend told her.

“There is this lady who works in the ER, wala na silang PPE except they are reusing their N95,” she shared.

“It has gotten to the point where they have to decide who gets to live and who dies.”

Princess, who is a registered nurse, also revealed that she temporarily stopped working to take care of her family.

“Yes, I'm a nurse, I'm still an RN but at this point, I can't work because I have to take care of my child,” she revealed.

“'Yun din 'yung isang naging problema now that all the schools in California are closed, 'yung mga single parents or 'yung mga nanay na kailangan talaga mag-alaga ng bata, can't go to work.

“'Yan ang problema kaya may shortage ng nurses.”

But even if her husband helps her in taking care of their child and she has an option to go to work, Princess wants to protect her mother-in-law who is living with them.

“It is an option but right now, my mother-in-law is with us and she's a senior and I would like to protect her, too, kaya I can't right now,” she said.

Despite what's happening, Princess feels optimistic that this pandemic will soon end.

Meanwhile, Princess also mentioned that she has an upcoming movie with Sony Pictures Entertainment, which is set to be released before the November 2020 elections in the United States.

“Supposedly dapat ngayong April ilalabas 'yun, may premiere dapat this April,” she told.

“But because of this, I don't know if i-pu-push back nila 'yung premiere sa theaters or baka i-s-streaming na lang kasi 'yun 'yung uso ngayon.

“I really have no idea. Nakakapanghinayang but for sure, Sony is targeting to release it before the elections.”

Princess also expressed her excitement about an upcoming TV show, especially now that her agent and a talent manager are negotiating.

“I have an agent and I'm under negotiation with a manager. So, I'm really quite excited na, ang target ko is to have a TV show,” she revealed.
