Days after it was announced that they will have a comeback album this April, K-pop boy group GOT7 has just released its first teasers!

On April 6, midnight (KST), GOT7 released the cinematic trailer for their upcoming album titled “Dye” which will be headed by the title track, “Not By the Moon.”

The film features an animation featuring the septet looking towards a bird, their fans called “Ahgases,” and then transitions into their human forms as if writing a love letter to which they then compile into a single book.

The story is narrated by a girl who ends the story with the phrase, “Don't swear by the moon. The moon is always changing. Every month, its position in the sky shifts. I don't want you to turn out to be that inconsistent too. Don't swear by the moon. The moon is always changing. O swear not by the moon.”

As of this writing, the group's agency, JYP Entertainment has also shared an album preview which will consist of a photobook, a mirror card, the CD, a bookmark, and photocard.

Minutes after it's release, the hashtag “#GOT7_NotByTheMoon” became a trending hashtag on Philippine Twitter with fans coming up with theories as to what the new mini-album will be about.

Before the upcoming album, GOT7 members Jackson and Mark had released their own singles, while JB put out a new album with his crew OFFSHORE. Jinyoung had also been busy filming a K-drama called “When My Love Blooms” which is set to air on tvN on April 25.
