GMA Network offers Holy Week programming schedule

In observance of the Holy Week, GMA Network presents a special Lenten programming
schedule on Maundy Thursday (April 9), Good Friday (April 10) and Black Saturday
(April 11).


Maundy Thursday opens with “The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints April
2020 General Conference” at 5:00am.

It will be followed by a lineup of animated movies “Angry Birds Toons with Stella and
Piggy Tales” at 8:00am; “Lilo & Stitch” at 9:00am; “Pocahontas” at 10:30am; and
“Aladdin” at 12:00nn.

Come 1:30pm, the South Korean romantic comedy film “My Sassy Girl” begins, to be
followed by “Jesus His Life: Joseph” voiced by Rocco Nacino at 3:00pm.

Coming in shortly is a biographical religious drama “Magdalena” at 3:30pm.

At 5:00pm, “Jesus His Life: John the Baptist” dubbed by Benjamin Alves airs, to be
shortly followed by CBN Asia's “Wanda's Wonderful World” led by Ms. Coney Reyes at
5:30pm; and “Jesus His Life: Mary” voiced by Max Collins by 7:00pm.

The Hollywood classic retelling of the Biblical story of Moses in “The Ten
Commandments” airs at 7:30pm.

Witness stories of struggles and triumphs on GMA News and Public Affairs' “Tunay Na
Buhay” at 11:00pm.

On Good Friday, “The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints April 2020 General
Conference” airs at 5:00am, while internationally-acclaimed religious program “Power to
Unite” starts at 8:00am hosted by Ms. Elvira Yap-Go.

Kids can look forward to “Cloudy with A Chance of Meatballs” at 9:00am and “Joseph:
King of Dreams” at 10:30am.

Recall Jesus' seven last words from the Sto. Domingo Church via “Siete Palabras” which
starts at 12:00nn. This will be followed by “Jesus His Life: Caiaphas” voiced by EA
Guzman at 3:00pm.

Come 3:30pm, tune in to the inspirational movie titled “Kaibigan” starring the Perkins
twins together with a stellar cast which includes Hollywood actor, Stephen Baldwin;
“Jesus His Life: Judas” voiced by Martin del Rosario airs at 5:00pm; CBN Asia's “Suklob”
starring Kristoffer Martin at 5:30pm; “Jesus His Life: Pilate” dubbed by Paolo Contis at
7:00pm; and the epic biblical drama film “Son of God” at 7:30pm.

Cap off the night with the story of a Jewish prince in the time of Christ in “Ben-Hur” at
10:00pm.

On April 11, GMA's Black Saturday Lenten programming begins with “The Church of
Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints April 2020 General Conference” at 5:00am.
Kids' favorite animated features will be seen starting 8:00am with “Detective Conan”
followed by “Ratatouille” at 9:00am; “The Princess and the Frog” at 10:30am; and
“Anastasia” at 12:00nn.

Meanwhile, fall in love with Mandy Moore in “A Walk to Remember” at 1:30pm.

Come 3:00pm, catch “Jesus His Life: Mary Magdalene” voiced by Sanya Lopez and take
a trip down memory lane with “Moments of Love” starring Dingdong Dantes at 3:30pm.

The reflection of faith continues in “Jesus His Life: Peter” dubbed by Ken Chan at
5:00pm, followed by one of the most unforgettable romantic fantasy films “Ghost” at
5:30pm.'

Meanwhile, viewers can look forward to the timeless Leonardo di Caprio and Kate
Winslet film “Titanic” at 7:30pm.

GMA News and Public Affairs' “I-Witness” rolls out two documentaries at 11:00pm.
