Google Doodle honors medical frontliners

For today, April 13, Google Doodle shows gratitude to doctors, nurses, and medical workers. The letter 'G' in the logo sends its love and appreciation - symbolized by a pink heart -- to the letter 'e' at the end, which is dressed up as a medical frontliner.

In the lower part of the search engine's homepage, a message which reads, “To all doctors, nurses, and medical workers, thank you' links out to a YouTube video of Google Philippines thanking the entire healthcare community for the sacrifices they make in order to save many lives.

Saludo sa bayaning frontliners, mga Kapuso!

In the coming days, Google Doodle will also show their appreciation for other essential frontline workers, including first responders, sanitation workers, those in the foodservice industry, and many more.
