Aiai Delas Alas joins fellow comedians in 'COVIDyante' initiative against COVID-19
Comedy Queen Aiai delas Alas and other fellow comedians launched “COVIDyante” initiative to help the authorities and frontliners fight the (COVID-19) pandemic.
On Tuesday, April 20, Aiai posted their group's first-ever project where they helped warm-hearted donors distribute their face shields and face masks donations for the border frontliners such as police officers, soldiers, local barangay officials, security guards, street vendors, and even gas stations personnel in Metro Manila.
“'Yung bagong IG (Instagram) group namin first project ng viber group @covidyante.
“Thank you for the materials @luckycathy_binag. Bless your heart and to all the members especially Mr. Gene Padilla and Gary Lim, thank you sa effort na ipamahagi sa ating mga kababayan ang face shield,” Aiai said.
It was Gene who handed out the donations and he shared it on his IG account.
“COVIDIANS. PUNCHLINERS para sa FRONTLINERS.
“Distribution of face shields for our frontliners,” he said.
Other members of 'COVIDyante' are Archie Alemania, Bayani Agbayani, Brod Pete,Candy Pangilinan Epi Quizon, Gene Padilla, Giselle Santos, Janno Gibbs, Jason Gainza, John Feir, Jerald Napoles, Kim Molina, Ogie Alcasid, Pokwang, Randy Santiago, and Vhong Navarro.
