Produced by Universal Records Philippines, the music video shows footage of people affected by COVID-19 crisis, as well as, the people who are at the front lines battling the spread of the disease.

In GMANetwork.com's Skype interview with Christian, the Kapuso singer shared that "Bukas Wala Nang Ulan" is actually a love song, but given the current situation, he and Janine, together with their colleagues in Universal Records, opted to relate it to the pandemic to send inspiration amid the pandemic.

"We decided to show what is happening pero in the end, [it shows] there are recoveries as well, there are people helping as well," Christian said.

Released last April 3, "Bukas Wala Nang Ulan" is available for streaming on Spotify and Apple Music.
