American singer-songwriter Billie Eilish and brother Finneas O'Connell went on a livestream on their YouTube channel to support local small businesses.

Finneas said, "We're encouraging viewers to support their favorite local businesses in this tough time. Today we're bringing focus to green and sustainable businesses."

The initiative is part of Verizon's Pay It Forward Live movement that supports local communities and small businesses in America affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

One of Billie's choice of small businesses to support is Revolution Dance Center which she described as "Where we [Finneas] both grew up dancing at.

"This was like my home for many years. Right now, they're really struggling."

In observance of Earth Day, Billie and Finneas also focused on businesses offering green and sustainable services.

Finneas said, "The things that are sustainable are the things most important, 'cause they're the things that are going to carry us forward and lead to a brighter future."

He added, "But the main reason we're here, because we sing some music."

The duo began their set with the song "All Good Girls Go to Hell."

Billie shared, "As much as people want to believe this song is about me being a devil-worshipper, it's not about that. It's about global warming and we wrote this song three years ago.

"The deeper meaning of the song is about global warming, climate strikes. The song is about the world and trying to save it," she explained.
