TJ Trinidad promises an emotional ending for 'Stairway to Heaven'

During the Thanksgiving Mass ng Stairway to Heaven, TJ Trinidad tells iGMA.tv that fans of the show will be happy with how they're dealing with their story's ending. "It's really pretty intense" is how TJ describes the finale wherein his character Tristan will do whatever it takes to make Jodi (Rhian Ramos) happy. He continues, "based on what I've read, I believe (the fans) would be happy." Just to catch everyone up, Jodi has found out na mayroon siyang cancer sa mata. It was not fatal previously, pero dahil sa ilang beses na pagkakabangga sa kanya ni Eunice (Glaiza de Castro), her condition has worsened—to the point na bulag na siya ngayon. Cholo (Dingdong Dantes) has just found this out from Tristan, TJ's character, who believes that Jodi should not hide the truth from those she loves. Pero Tristan also take things in his own hand to give Jodi the future that she deserves. But the operation Jodi needs is very risky—just as much as it could save her life, it could very well end it too. Pero neither Tristan nor Cholo can stop Jodi from doing what she wants. It's gonna be sad and happy, and it's gonna be worth watching. And the performances that we're gonna give, we're gonna lay it all out on the line."
