On April 24, 2002, 17-year-old Korean singer Rain was introduced to the world with his first solo album titled “Bad Guy.”

Today, Rain is thanking his fans from all over the world for making his dreams come true by posting a series of throwback videos that catapulted his success into the Korean superstar that he is today.

On Instagram, he penned, “Thanks to all my fans who have supported me throughout the years.

“Today marks the 19th year [Korean age] since I first released my debut album. I still vividly remember leaving the small practice room to perform for the first time on April 24th, 2002.

“On this special day, I want to share a hidden gem I found of me right before this performance.”

He followed up the post by posting a collage of all the album covers that he has produced throughout his “19-year-journey.”

Prior to the anniversary celebration, Rain surprised his fans when he joined social media platform TikTok together with the message “Bounce, shake, twerk, dip. This is how you do the drip.”

And although he is already a father of two after marrying actress Kim Tae Hee in 2017, Rain showed his fans that he still has the dance moves they remember him for.
