GMA Regional TV Strip airs on GMA News TV

More viewers will have access to local news that matters as GMA Regional TV launches its GMA Regional TV Strip airing weeknights on GMA News TV beginning May 18.

Every night at 9:45 pm, GMA News TV viewers will be able to catch the featured local newscast for the day which was aired earlier that afternoon on GMA Regional TV's local channels.

On Monday, bannering GMA Regional Strip's weeklong line-up is leading North Central Luzon newscast GMA Regional TV BalitangAmianan.

Seasoned TV journalist CJ Torida, award-winning local news correspondent Joanne Ponsoy, and news presenter Jasmin Gabriel-Galban give the latest news and developments in various areas in North Central Luzon.

Meanwhile, Kapuso local newscast in Central and Eastern Visayas--GMA Regional TV BalitangBisdak--becomes available to viewers nationwide every Tuesday.

It is anchored by tri-media personality Bobby Nalzaro, award-winning local news correspondent Alan Domingo, and news presenter Cecille Quibod-Castro.

Delivering the latest news and information from Western Visayas during Wednesday is pioneering unified Hiligaynon newscast GMA Regional TV One Western Visayas.

Headlining this Kapuso newscast is SedfreyCabaluna with Bacolod co-anchor and correspondent Adrian Prietos, and Iloilo co-anchor KaitleneRivilla.

Thursday nights on GMA Regional Strip put the spotlight on unified local newscast GMA Regional TV One Mindanao led by veteran broadcast journalist Tek Ocampo with co-anchors Sarah Hilomen-Velasco and Real Sorroche.

On Fridays, viewers from other parts of the country get to catch the replay of GMA Regional TV Live!

Launched last April, the newest addition to GMA Regional TV's growing number of original local programs is broadcast live weekdays at 8 a.m. via GMA Regional TV's Central and Eastern Visayas channels.

The program is hosted by GMA Regional TV Correspondent Nikko Sereno with Cecille Quibod-Castro as segment host.

Prior to the replayed episodes on GMA News TV, abovementioned regional newscasts are available from Mondays to Fridays, 5 p.m. via GMA Network's local channels all over the country.

Viewers can expect more quality programming from the Kapuso Network's regional arm.

Earlier this month, GMA Regional TV Weekend News also began its fourth season by returning to GMA News TV with a new primetime timeslot every Saturday at 6:15 pm.
