Raymond Gutierrez, Georgina Wilson, and Liz Uy reminisce 'Call Me Maybe' dance cover
In 2012, before the rise of TikTok, friends Raymond Gutierrez, Solenn Heussaff, and Georgina Wilson once made a cover of the Carly Rae Jepsen hit “Call Me Maybe.”
The video features the three together with their friends Anne Curtis, Liz Uy, Isabelle Daza, and their respective significant others like Erwan Heussaff, Nico Bolzico, and Adrien Semblat, dancing to the tune while passing off time during a long photo shoot.
At the time, it was one of the iconic videos made by the group.
Well, eight years later, host Raymond Gutierrez unearths the dance cover once again sending the participants and viewers into nostalgia.
He wrote as a caption, “Call Me Maybe - 8 years ago today. Before TikTok!”
He also shared snippets of the video on his Instagram account where he wrote, “Omg the memories! Before TikTok! Youth! This was so much fun to make. I can't believe it's been eight years.”
Family members, friends, and fans were also in disbelief to discover the video once more in their respective timelines.
According to Raymond's sister Ruffa, “Omggg funnnn!! I'm gonna dance alone tonight on my terrace!”

Meanwhile, art director Miguel Lugtu, who was credited as the editor of the video, shared the post on his Instagram story and commented, “Happy birthday to the source of my anxiety issues and the random IG comments on how 'I peaked in 2012.' Just kidding, I still love it.
