According to KC, it's important to focus on inner work.
"We gotta go through the inner work necessary to be mentally, physically, spiritually, emotionally strong."
In her Instagram post, she talked about how she thought she knew everything from the years she was living independently.
"I thought I was good living on my own for 17 years BUT there was so much I didn't know how to handle, and so many life-things I still had to learn to do."
She said there were still things that cannot be changed. The important thing is to grow and evolve.
"Accept what you can't change, and GLOW UP! Grow + evolve, luvs! xx, K."
