Kapuso celebrities have voiced out their concerns about the implementation of general community quarantine that took effect on Monday, June 1.

Like many, they also called for continued caution amid the easing of quarantine measures.

Among them was first-time mom Solenn Heussaff who reminded her followers to protect themselves not only for their sole welfare.

“People, wear your masks. Not only for you but for the sake of others as well.

“We will have to be stuck at home for a long time if you don't know how to follow simple rules,” the actress said.

Actor and expectant dad Rodjun Cruz also posted a photo of himself armed with a full protective suit to emphasize his message.

“GCQ na. Tandaan, protektahan po natin ang sarili natin palagi. Kayanin at malalagpasan natin Ito. God bless us all.”

Unang Hirit host Suzi Entrata-Abrera advised returning employees to bring alcohol or soap to work.

“Still working from home! Pero alam ko madami sa inyo papasok na today.

“Kailangan na din magtrabaho pero paalala extra ingat po ha? Don't forget to wear your face mask (and wash daily if you're using the reusable type) bring soap and/or alcohol with you and maintain social distancing.

“Praying for all those who need to be out and about today,” she said.

Descendants of the Sun actor Rocco Nacino encouraged his supporters to stay home amid the relaxed quarantine.

“Staying at home kahit GCQ na! I'll spend my whole afternoon playing Call of Duty. So who's up to team with me? Or challenge me? Hmm masaya 'to. Suit up, lock and load people,” he added.

Winwyn Marquez on GCQ: "Ako lang ba napapraning sa pag-shift natin sa GCQ?"

After two months under the enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) and two weeks under the modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ), Metro Manila shifted to GCQ on Monday, June 1.

Wear your masks and stay safe, mga Kapuso!
