'T.G.I.S.' star Chubi Del Rosario maintains friendship with co-stars Aiza Marquez, Vanna Garcia

It's been more than a decade since '90s hit youth-oriented drama series T.G.I.S. aired its farewell episode.

Despite separation after the show, one of the show's star Chubi Del Rosario revealed that his friendship with co-stars Aiza Marquez and Vanna Garcia has not changed.

In an exclusive interview with 24 Oras, the former '90s teen stars shared how their long-lasting relationship came about.

Chubi also related that the T.G.I.S Batch 3 including Anne Curtis, Chubi, Aiza, Vanna, and Yvez Gonzalez last met each other in 2016.

“You know what's so amazing is that kahit we don't talk naman as in everyday talaga, pero nu'ng nagkita kami nu'ng time na 'yon, it's not like a day went by.

“It's like we were just picking up were left off,” said Chubi.

Vanna then said that all they had talked about during the intimate dinner were their memories in the past.

“It's a reminiscing moment for all of us like ang dami naming pinag-usapan like what we used to do in the past.

“It's really good to bring back the old memories when we were children just having fun with our jobs and enjoying each other's company,” she said.

While reminiscing their days in showbiz, Aiza, who is now based in the U.S., noted that their generation was far different from the younger celebrities today.

“Wala kaming masyadong intriga nu'ng kabataan namin kasi, 'di ba that time, hindi pa uso 'yung mga social media.

“Lagi kong sinasabi, it's so pure, carefree lang,” she added.
