Kabilang si Kapuso star Kris Bernal sa mga business owner na umaaray na ngayong community quarantine dahil ilang buwan na ring hindi nag-o-operate ang kanyang restaurant business dahil sa banta ng COVID-19.

At ngayong malapit nang magbalik ang dine in operation sa mga kainan sa mga general community quarantine (GCQ) areas, matinding pagpaplano raw ang ginawa ni Kris para maging safe sa mga empleyado at customers ang pagbubukas ng kanyang restaurant.

“Ang hirap talaga. Nag-adjust talaga ako from operations, menu and sa sanitation nu'ng restaurant, sa number of employees na papasok.

“May rental fees ka pa, may electricity ka pa. Ang dami mong iko-consider pero syempre 'yung benta hindi pa rin gano'n kalakas katulad nu'ng dati,” aniya.

Sa ngayon ay bukas na ang pick up orders ng restaurant ng aktres pero no mask no entry pa rin dito.

Kabilang din sa mga paghahanda ni Kris ang paglalagay ng disinfection mat, acohol at plastic curtain para sa improvised counter kung saan kukuha ng orders.

Bukod naman sa bumabang kita ng kanyang negosyo, inaalala rin ni Kris ang kalagaya ng kanyang mga empleyado.

“Since we have 18 employees, so d'un pa lang sinusuportahan mo sila and gusto na rin nila ng trabaho. At least, kahit papano may natutulungan ka,” aniya.
