Michelle Dee says empowering people thru entertainment made her a proud Kapuso

Miss World Philippines Michelle Dee took part in GMANetwork.com's digital campaign #SolidKapuso to share what makes her proud of being part of the network.

In the short clip, the model-host shares that being a Kapuso made her realize the power of entertainment to empower people.

She tells the viewer, “Being a Kapuso means being able to entertain people and to make other people happy. Ultimately, and I think I can speak for everybody, is that we all just want you to feel and be felt.

“My proudest Kapuso moment is when I landed my first talk show which is Glow Up.

“I'm very appreciative of that and I just love the fact that we are able to help people and to give them a makeover to make them feel happier and be confident with who they are.”

Michelle Dee became part of the GMA Network in 2019 and landed two jobs, namely Love You Two and Glow Up.

In her first year in the network, she was nominated at the 33rd PMPC Star Awards for Television for Best New Female TV Personality for Love You Two and Best Lifestyle Show for Glow Up with co-hosts Winwyn Marquez and Thia Thomalla.
