Barbie Forteza warns followers over fake account selling products

Anak ni Waray vs Anak ni Biday star Barbie Forteza warned her followers over fake Instagram account bearing her name and TikTok username, on Saturday, June 13.

In a Facebook post, the actress stressed that the only accounts she's using in her social media platforms are @barbaraforteza on Instagram (IG), @dealwithBARBIE on Twitter and @barbieforteza8doneyet on TikTok.

“Someone's using my TikTok username as their IG name to sell products. FYI, THIS IS NOT ME,” she noted.

She also posted the said advisory on her official IG page.

Meanwhile, Barbie Forteza isn't the only celebrity who's been a victim of dummy accounts. Kapuso actor Mike Tan has also notified his fans about the same incident.

Mike posted a screenshot of the fake page on his official Instagram account on Monday, June 8.

He quipped, “Dahil ang daming may dummy accounts, napa-search tuloy ako at nalaman kong Atenean na pala ako at single pa! #FakeFacebook.”

Furthermore, fellow actress Heart Evangelista also warned the public about a fake account claiming to give free tablets to students.
