Carla Abellana resumed her on-cam work under general community quarantine on June 3.
Love Of My Life star Carla Abellana made a vlog out of her first day of work after three months of quarantine.
Posted on Friday, June 26, the actress shared on her vlog that she resumed her on-cam work on June 3, two days after Metro Manila shifted from enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) to general community quarantine (GCQ) on June 1.
Since industries including showbiz implemented rules under new normal, the number of staff and crew on her first taping day greatly decreased.
This rule extends to her personal assistants and stylists and decided to do her own makeup for the shoot.
“I did my own makeup today. Siyempre walang hair and makeup artists dahil quarantine pa. Today is the plug shoot for GMA's 70th anniversary. Ito 'yung official na 'Back To Work Day' namin ni Tom (Rodriguez).
“Takot man tayo, gustuhin man nating mag-stay lang sa bahay pero kailangan nating…back to work.
“I hope I did well with my makeup. In fairness, hindi ko naman gaano nakalimutan kung paano mag-makeup after how many months,” she said.
Carla literally vlogged her whole day at work under the new normal.
