On Wednesday, July 22, it was reported that Wonho is currently working on a solo album that is predicted to be released some time late-August.

A few hours later, his agency Highline Entertainment confirmed the news and said, “Wonho is currently working on his solo debut album. Please look forward to it.”

The agency, however, did not disclose any given date and explained that it has not been decided yet.

In May, Wonho also announced that he signed a contract with the American management company MAVERICK.

In June, he also announced his official fandom name called “WENEE” via a V Live broadcast.

He wrote in his official Twitter account, “Let's walk only the paths of happiness together. WENEE, I love you.”
