The Last Week of 'The Last Prince'

The Last Prince will bid farewell with breathtaking finale episodes. Top billed by one of today's hottest loveteams Aljur Abrenica and Kris Bernal, The Last Prince keeps the viewers glued on televisionn with its unique love story and fascinating adventures since it premiered last January. The world witnessed the journey of Prince Almiro (Aljur) from being a haughty prince of Paladino , the magical kingdom in the clouds, to an ugly prisoner cursed and exiled to the earth by the obsessed and powerful diwani Bawana (Bianca King). The curse taught Prince Almiro the virtue of patience and humility. Soon he fell in love with a young lady named Lara (Kris), which freed the prince from the curse. But the paths toward happiness for Almiro and Lara remain uncertain. The obsessed Diwani kept cursing Almiro and Lara but the couple, binded by true love, managed to escape from the evil schemes of Bawana. However, the time came when Almiro had to sacrifice his happiness to save his kingdom and the woman he loves from the wrath of Bawana. Prior to his marriage with the evil diwani, the prince went to earth to visit his beloved Lara. The couple had a 'wedding ceremony' which was witnessed by Prince Almiro's diwani Anexi (Paolo Ballesteros). After their union, Prince Almiro had to make the ultimate sacrifice of letting Lara go back to the mortal world and marry Bawana, otherwise she will never escape her evil wrath. Meanwhile, Lara was married to Jerrick (Carl Guevarra), the man who keeps rescuing her when Almiro is not around. Little did Almiro know that his short union with Lara bore them a child. And unknown to everyone, Bawana abducted Lara's child and presented it to the kingdom as hers! The princess named Ayesha (Margaret Lipnitz) grew up pretty and simple just like her mother Lara. Almiro is very fond of his daughter which made Bawana jealous. When she had her chance, the self-centered Bawana pushed Ayesha toward the earth. Luckily, Ayesha fell into the farm owned by her mortal mom, Lara! Is destiny leading the hapless couple Lara and Almiro to meet once again? If they meet, will the love they feel for each other be rekindled? Will they ever find out that Ayesha is the daughter of Lara and not Bawana's?
