South Korean pop-idol and #PambansangKrungKrung Sandara Park made headlines after speaking in pure Filipino in the Korean talk show “Video Star.”

Sandara, who is one of the talk show hosts, shocked her co-stars when she brought out her Filipino language card after an impromptu mother-in-law and daughter-in-law skit with actress Choi Su-rin.

“Ano po sinasabi ninyo? Hindi ko po kayo maintindihan, galing po ako sa Pilipinas.

“Hindi ko po maintindihan ang sinasabi ninyo,” she said before bursting into laughter.

Similarly, Korean audiences were also surprised because they couldn't understand what she is saying.

Since the show's airing, Filipino fans were amazed at how Sandara still didn't forget about her Filipino roots despite returning to South Korea in 2007.
