Alexander Lee trends after web show unearths old U-KISS performance videos
My Korean Jagiya actor Alexander Lee is trending in Korea after SBS's web show titled "MMTG" unearthed two old performance videos of him and his former band, U-KISS.
The K-pop boy group became a hot topic after host Lee Eun-jae discussed the songs "Man Man Ha Ni" and "Noisy” with her panel of celebrity guests.
Since its airing on YouTube, Alexander has been receiving a lot of messages about the show and the iconic lyrics of the two songs.
He wrote in a post, "I'm a little embarrassed because I have been gaining a lot of attention these days. But, I am very grateful.
"Thank you so much for remembering U-KISS's 'Noisy' and 'Man Man Ha Ni.'
"Talking about the past reminds me of my members and my fans a lot. (Everyone is doing well, right? It's a very old memory, right?)
"My part usually doesn't get any attention but thanks to Lee Eun-jae, it did. I'm going to go crazy thanks to you."
Alexander added, "I am glad that we could at least share some laughter during this corona period. Stay safe and have a great week ahead. God bless you."
"Man Man Ha Ni" and "Noisy" were two of U-KISS's most popular songs in 2009.
Alexander was a former member of the idol group and cited that he was removed due to his lack of popularity.
In 2017, he became the leading man in the GMA rom-com series My Korean Jagiya alongside Heart Evangelista.
