Pati ilang fitness instructors, pinasok na rin ang mundo ng online business para sa pangkabuhayan. Tunghayan 'yan sa 'Pera, Paraan' kasama si Susan Enriquez.

No gym, no problem ang karamihan dahil sa pagkauso ng workout from home, pero paano naman ang mga nagtatrabaho sa mga gym at fitness clubs?

Sa recent episode ng Pera Paraan, nakapanayam ni Kapuso host Susan Enriquez ang ilang fitness instructors. Ayon kay Mark Anthony Jay Refugio, maraming workout na puwedeng gawin gamit lamang ang plastic bottle at upuan.

Ayon naman sa Fitness Coach na si Ribhi Saleh, hindi biro ang pandemya sa fitness industry. "Most fitness professionals work on a 'no work, no pay' basis. So it was a bit of a catastrophe because that was how I was making money. I was cut off, and I didn't have any other source of income."

Kaya naman bukod sa online fitness classes, nagbebenta rin ng Middle Eastern Cuisine online si Coach Ribhi para sa kaniyang extra income.

Aniya, "I come from the Middle East, and hummus is really healthy and everybody loves it. Maybe I can provide the taste from back home to Filipinos."

Payo rin niya, "If you are stuck at home and you don't have any fitness tools, the best thing you can do is stay active using your body.

"There's a form of training called calisthenics, which is using the body for resistance training. You can do different kinds of push-ups or planks."
