Kate's first post dates back to October 27, 2014, for a photoshoot that showed off her flawless beauty.
Aside from reaching her millionth follower on Instagram, Kate also celebrated her 20th birthday on Saturday, August 22.
The actress shared that despite celebrating the big two-zero during the pandemic, she still had the “best birthday.”
