Korean pop phenomenon BTS is solidifying their friendship with American artist Halsey after the septet wrote her profile for the Time 100.

Halsey is among the many who will be receiving the prestigious title this year along with artists The Weeknd, Selena Gomez, Jennifer Hudson, 'Parasite' director Bong Joon-ho, and so much more.

According to the singers, they are incredibly honored to call Halsey their “cherished friend” after working with her in “Boy With Luv” and inspiring them through her music such as “Closer” and “Without Me.”

“Halsey is the type of person who leaves a lasting impression on everyone she meets,” they said.

“She has an incredible ability to exude this magic from within herself. Her bold spirit shines through her music and performances, as well as her life. And that spirit and passion have been instilled in us and inspired artistic ambitions of our own.”

They added that working with her was everything they could have wished for and more.

“Halsey is not only a strikingly talented artist but also a dedicated partner who sincerely devotes everything to the art we create together. We cannot wait to see what she has for the world down the road.” they cited.

Last year, Halsey wrote the group's profile when they were featured in the Time 100.

She said that behind the group's name are seven “outstanding men who believe that music is stronger than the barriers of language.”

“With positive messages of self-confidence, intricacies of philosophy hidden in their sparkly songs, true synergy and brotherhood in every step of their elaborate choreography, and countless charitable and anthropological endeavors, BTS have put their 14 best feet forward as role models to millions of adoring fans and anyone else who finds themselves drawn to BTS's undeniable allure,” she said.

Aside from “Boy With Luv,” BTS member Suga was featured in the American singer's new album and song titled “Manic.”
