Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto has gone viral after confronting a Filipino-Chinese businessman.
Vico displayed his more aggressive side as he reprimanded a businessman in a video clip posted by DZRH on Twitter. According to reports, the businessman proceeded with demolishing shanties without complying with the proper protocols.
The Pasig City mayor can be heard at the beginning of the video, saying, “Ano gusto mong mangyari? Sabihin mo na.”
Meanwhile, the businessman continued defending and justifying his deed.

Vico found out that the video of their altercation has made a few rounds on the internet but was also taken out of context.
He clarified this via Twitter, saying, “Dami nang nag-comment tungkol dito (some out of context). Marami siyang violation, pero ang MAIN ISSUE rito: Ilang beses na nilang sinubukan magpatayo ng building na WALANG BUILDING PERMIT. Tapos hinarangan ng truck at crane nila ang PUBLIC ROAD. Nakasira pa sila ng humps.”

The young mayor also updated that “criminal and civil cases are being prepared” against the said businessman.
