Heart Evangelista bids farewell to her job as creative director of a clothing line

"Queen of Creative Collaboration" Heart Evangelista announced with a heavy heart that her two-year stint as creative director of leading clothing line Kamiseta has ended.

In 2018, the Kapuso actress-host dazzled the local fashion industry with the launch of a clothing line collection in collaboration with Kamiseta.

Dubbed by many as “wearable art,” the clothes, designed by Heart herself, featured some of her amazing paintings.

Yesterday, September 30, the Kapuso fashion darling thanked the whole team behind Kamiseta via Instagram, whom she described as “passionate people.”

She posted, “After two years, I'm officially signing off as @kamisetaph's Creative Director. I will always cherish the memories I had with the team and I will forever hold these close to my heart.

“I am so grateful to have been involved in the inner workings of the brand and to be surrounded by such talented and passionate people who helped me grow so much as a person and as an artist.”

Heart added that the decision was not easy.

“Making this decision was definitely not easy, but one thing is for sure, my time with the brand has forever changed my life.”

With everything she learned as creative director, Heart Evangelista is looking forward to a new beginning, too!

“To my Kamiseta family, thank you for letting me be a part of this influential brand. Most of all, thank you for trusting my craft. It's not every day I get to work with art and clothing--two of the things I'm deeply passionate about! Looking forward to a new beginning!”
