Khalil Ramos looks back on career beginnings and shares his excitement as a Kapuso

Multi-talented actor Khalil Ramos just signed a management contract with GMA Artist Center today, October 13.

On his Instagram, Khalil took time to look back on his humble career beginnings and shared his excitement to be part of the Kapuso family.

In his first post, he shared an image of a young Khalil stepping on the Pilipinas Got Talent stage, a talent competition he joined back in 2011 where he finished as a runner-up.

"9 years ago, I started my career as an artist, on this stage.

"I will always be thankful for all the people who helped me become the person I am today.

"Thank you. I will never forget what you have done for me. Forever grateful," he wrote.

In a follow-up post, Khalil posted a series of images taken from his contract signing with GMA Artist Center. He then expressed how happy he felt as a Kapuso in his new home network.

According to Khalil, "A new chapter, a new home.

"I'm overwhelmed by the support I've been getting during this momentous event in my life.

"I can't be more grateful for @artistcenter & @gmanetwork for welcoming me with open arms!

"I've been feeling nothing but love and kindness from everyone! Nakakataba ng puso. Wohoo!

"I am super thrilled to be given the opportunity to continue telling stories!

"Again, thank you GMA & Artist Center for the trust! Cheers!"

News of Khalil's network transfer was met warmly by old and new fans alike. The hashtag #WelcomeKapusongKhalil also became a trending topic over on Twitter.

Aside from his fans, Khalil was also welcomed by his girlfriend and now fellow Kapuso, Gabbi Garcia, in his new home network.
